The information we collect
When you make an enquiry through our contact form or otherwise contact us, we may collect:

- The name of your organisation or business

- Your contact details (telephone number and email address)

How we use your information and our lawful basis

Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers (processors) that help us run our business, and only as far as necessary. These currently include:
- Our CRM provider (Zoho), which stores enquiry and customer records
- Our email delivery provider (Postmark), which delivers enquiry notifications
- Our website analytics and consent providers (Google Analytics and Cookiewise), where you have consented
- Our live-chat and website tools (such as ClickDesk), where you have consented
- Our website hosting provider
We may also disclose your information where we are required to do so by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we take steps to ensure your data is protected by an appropriate safeguard recognised under UK data protection law (such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement).
How long we keep your information
